Haag-Streit BQ900 slit lamp with stereo variator
Considered a top of the line slit lamp for advanced imagery the Haag-Streit BQ 900 slit lamp magnifies from 6.3X to 40X in five fixed steps allowing for increased precision in the diagnosis and documentation of eye disease and trauma. It's versatility allows this machine to be perfect for any scenario from an ophthalmological clinical setting to an emergency room.
Additionally the stereo variator from Haag-Streit, unique to the BQ 900, the stereo variator reduces the angle of stereoscopic observation from 13° to 4.5°. This facilitates the stereoscopic examination of the fundus even under unfavorable conditions such as high myopia and small pupils. The reduction of the angle enlarges the stereoscopic field of view maintaining depth information in the stereoscopic observation.
As with all Haag-Streit slit lamps this machine was crafted in Switzerland and is known for its quality, craftsmanship and reliability.
