We refurbish all items and offer 6 month warranties on all of pre-owned products. If you are looking for a specific pre owned item we don't currently have in inventory we can often source from a trusted close network of North American partners.

Our goal is to serve you as if we were in your shoes. We don’t pressure sell and often recommend a repair/ refurbishment of equipment opposed to pushing a new item. We feel this is also an environmentally friendly option opposed to landfilling an item sometimes only a few years old. We inventory parts for nearly every make and model of instrument dating back as far a 30 years facilitating repairs on older items otherwise deemed unrepairable.

Here's how it works
1. Submit Equipment DetailsClick on the "Sell Your Equipment" Tab and complete the online form with as much equipment detail as possible. A picture of the Model/ Serial Number plate is great as well as the overall condition of instrument. |
2. We'll ReviewA member of our staff will review the submitted details and contact you for further details as to the products resell ability. Depending on the current market trends and known buyers in our database looking for specific items we may either purchase outright or suggest a consignment arrangement. |
3. You Get PaidArrangements will be made to pickup the instrument and have delivered to our facility to test and refurbish the item*. Once the instrument is sold we will pay you for the instruments sold value minus a handling and commission fee. |
*Please note that equipment that maintains a patient exam/clinic database should be externally backed up then deleted for privacy regulations prior to instrument relocation. Equipment received with patient data will be immediately deleted upon arrival at our service depot.
